Shipping & delivery policy
Every order ships within the UAE, and every order is cash on delivery.
Delivery time
One to three working days inside the UAE, counted from when the order is confirmed rather than from when it is placed.
We contact you to confirm the order before it ships. If we cannot reach you, we try again before cancelling.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the UAE.
Payment
Cash to the courier on delivery. We never ask for bank card details — if anyone asks for them in our name, it is a scam.
