Shipping & delivery policy

The next day, anywhere in the UAE. Orders that reach us before 8:30 PM go to the courier the same evening and arrive tomorrow; anything after that arrives the day after.

We contact you to confirm the order before it ships. If we cannot reach you, we try again before cancelling.

A flat delivery charge is added to the order and is shown in the order summary before you confirm.

Delivery is free on orders of two pieces or more.

Cash to the courier on delivery. We never ask for bank card details — if anyone asks for them in our name, it is a scam.
