Returns & exchanges policy
You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
Return window
7 days from the delivery date, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and its box.
You can also simply refuse the order in front of the courier at handover and pay nothing.
Return cost
Returns are free — we cover the return shipping.
Non-returnable products
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. This is stated on the product page before you buy.
Exchanges
If a product arrives with a manufacturing fault, or is not what you ordered, we replace it free of charge.
